Loredana und Sohn Aurelio fliegen nach sechs Wochen in Deutschland zurück in die Türkei zu Servet, der sie sehnsüchtig erwartet. Bevor sie ins Wollny-Domizil in Ilica fahren, besuchen sie Servets Familie in Sarilar, die überrascht ist. Aurelios bevorstehende Beschneidung bereitet Loredana Sorgen, obwohl sie von einem Arzt im Krankenhaus durchgeführt wird. Servet plant ein großes Beschneidungsfest, schließlich gehört eine Beschneidung zu den wichtigsten Ereignissen im Leben eines türkischen Mannes. Loredana hingegen möchte im kleinen Kreis feiern. Können sich die beiden einigen?
